Pogo Recipe: Fruity Berry Pie

Serves 6-8 Guests
Ingredients:
1 Package 9" Frozen Pie Crust
8 Oz. Cream Cheese (softened)
1/3 Cup White Sugar
11 Oz. Canned Mandarin Oranges (drained)
1 Cup Fresh Strawberries (halved)
4 Kiwis (peeled and sliced)
1 Cup Fresh Raspberries
1 Cup Fresh Blueberries
Preheat Oven to: 400 Degrees Fahrenheit
Instructions:
  1. Thaw the frozen pie crust.
  2. Roll out the thawed pie crust to make a flat, 11" circle.
  3. Place this onto a baking sheet or pizza pan and use a fork to prick several times.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes at 400°F until light brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
  6. Beat cream cheese and white sugar together in a small mixing bowl until creamy and smooth.
  7. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly onto the baked crust.
  8. Arrange the fruit on the cream cheese layer in a decorative pattern.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator and serve like pizza slices.
